Avengers Academy for the Strange and Gifted Chapter 1

You gingerly knocked on the door to your new dorm, Room 13, hoping that your new roommate wouldn’t be as bad as the girls on the bus said she was. You didn’t know much about her apart from her name was Alexandra and she had telekinesis. God, she had an awesome power.
You were quickly pulled from your thoughts though as the door swung open to reveal a very tall girl, with golden brown choppy hair and some giant headphones around her neck.
“Your (y/n) right?” She questioned, cocking her head to the side.
“Yeah, you must be Alexandra?” You said, smiling kindly at her.
“Uh-huh” She nodded as she stepped aside to let you into the dorm. “So.....” she began, looking around. “Your bed’s over there. I won’t go into your stuff as long as you don’t touch mine. But, I have an endless supply to chocolate in that cabinet, so feel free to help yourself whenever.”
“Thanks!” You replied, looking around to see a very large neat room with two double beds at each end. Nice.
“I got those for us. The other ones were old and crummy and made our room look tacky. I’m sure you don’t mind...” She said grinning
“No not at all! But how much were they?” You said. There was no way you were going to let someone pay for your bed.
“Don’t be silly, they’re a present, anyway I’m loaded. My parents are super rich, they won’t miss they money.”
“How so?” You questioned, noting the sly look on her face.
“They got lucky in the lottery...... with some help” Alexandra’s grin broadened as she spoke, her eyes shining with mischief.
“You cheated on the lottery?!” You gasped. Amazed, intrigued and horrified at the same time.
“We were having money issues. We needed the money.” Alexandra shrugged.
“How did you do it?” You asked, still in complete awe.
“I have telekinesis and apparently it works through the TV!!”
“You are so much cooler than me.” You sighed.
“I doubt it. What’s your power anyway?” Alexandra asked, taking a sip from the milk shake on the desk. You looked up and smiled at her, your (e/c) eyes sparkling.

God dam genius. 'I can create portals' For some reason i just see Bugs Bunny jmping through one thoughs out of toon world. I'll try to read more of this. Just terrific, almost like a older version of X-Men in the way but without restriction.
